Have you cheated before? Nope

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Retaliated for being falsely reported for INTENTIONAL TK.

Why should we lift your ban? Video here shows I was shooting to show my frustration, I was shooting before GhostTemple hopped out of the tank. If it was intentional, I would have kept shooting rockets to TK. Instead of shaking my head, and getting their attention that he had zero reason to do that.

The extension to 3 days is unwarranted when he called the first TK intentional, I will take 1 day for the 2nd clip Radical showed, which was from false reporting retaliation. However, he knew what he was doing when I was going for a free repair tool kill in the first clip. He's no boy scout by any means, when he was 1100 TKs and I have less than 50 on your servers.

The temp ban will stand.

Total TKs don't mean anything. He also has a lot more hours on the servers than you - but none of that matters. We're looking at evidence here against you, and it is blatant.

The extension was originally for the first TK, which you believed was intentional. I posted the video clearly shooting at the tank with no intention of TKing but getting their attention. Care to explain exactly what happened in the first TK with me here then?

Its like none of you can read. I admitted to the second TK. What is this proving regarding the first TK I have been talking about this entire time? Dont shift goal posts, buddy.
 
Oh I read what you typed in the appeal. It still doesn't justify your actions. Sure you could argue that the teamkill the first time against Ghost was coincidental and not your intentions, but it still doesn't mean you can fire upon your allies which you did with the rocket against the tank. My post is just extra evidence for the for the situation for us to refer to at a later date. Not shifting goal posts, buddy.

The ban length is reasonable considering the rules that were violated and the amount of times you enacted on such violations. Just wait out your 3 day ban and don't let it happen again. Subsequent reports will result in longer bans.
