What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I'm not too sure why the account is banned. This is actually my wife's account. Any info is appreciated

Why should we lift your ban? I'm not entirely sure why the account is banned so I'm mostly looking for information first. I do know that cheats were never used.

Looks like this account was banned at BA for being a stolen account. You'd need to appeal with them by joining their discord and submitting an appeal
