Have you cheated before? No
What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? After speaking with Hawk, I was banned for my association with Jell1n and company, and for having an account associated with them. FoamyRogaine is my only account, and I have previously changed the name multiple times for comedic reasons. RogaineFoam, my friend, was banned simultaneously, despite having no association with the Jell1n and company. In fact, they have always disliked one another, and simply played on the same servers out of convenience.
Why should we lift your ban? To Whom it May Concern,
Despite participating in the joke of having the word "cooter" in my name, not once did I or RogaineFoam patronize the administration, nor did we threaten the integrity of the servers. I find those actions reprehensible. I also concede that the blanket ban of players associated with that group is just, out of fear for the protection of the servers and community. I will add that despite having an association with them, I do condemn those actions. Furthermore, I am not privy to the extent of their threats, and I most certainly did not participate in those activities. The extent of my association with them was my temporary name change, and that we played on the same HC servers.
The argument for the lifting of my ban is founded on the fact that I, and RogaineFoam, are rule-abiding players on your server, and at the bequest of any administration, cease in-game activities that are cause for concern. We do respect the server rules and administrators. You will find that I, nor he, detract from your community in any way, and are willing to continue to play in accordance with your prescribed rule set. Again, I openly condemn the actions taken by Jell1n and company, and argue that neither RogaineFoam nor I were ever a part of their illicit activities.
RogaineFoam and I would be thankful for the opportunity to resume playing on your servers, and we will continue to be rule-abiding players. Please let me know if I may discuss this matter further, or clarify any portions that are unclear. Thank you for your consideration.
