What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was banned for being toxic, team-killing, and making racist remarks.

Why should we lift your ban? I'm a recovering alcoholic. I was banned in May of this year. I am 109 days sober. I am actively working the 12 steps with my sponsor, and I was encouraged to make amends where I could. Steps 8 and 9 are very difficult. I acted immaturely and negatively impacted others' gameplay. I made disgusting, revolting, racist remarks. I am sorry. I am so, so sorry. Growing up born in the late 80's.. era of Saturday Night Nickelodeon-- I grew accustomed to using harsh words inappropriately. I was called "fag," that shirt is "gay" -- Hell.. I remember playing NFL Blitz at the arcades and being called a douche. I'm thankful our society has grown to realize that this kind of verbal treatment is unacceptable. I have slowly dipped my toes back into gaming. I miss the sounds and thrills of Battlefield. It's an amazing game. And this is the only community holding BF4 together. Please give me a second chance, and I promise I will bring a respectful, wholesome, competitive personality to your community. Thank you for your consideration.

Taking a look through the evidence, it's clear to me that we have given people a second chance who have committed worse offenses than you have. I'm willing to give you a second chance due to that, not so much relying on your life changes. Can you give our rules a read through for me?

That seems so weird saying that-- I counsel on minoxidil products more than I'd like to during my day-2-day. Thank you for the second chance. I've read the rules. They are pretty straight to the point and easy to understand. Excited to get back on the battlefield!

Glad to hear that you are in agreement with the rules. Just be aware that any substantiated reports against you will swiftly land you back to a permanent ban. If you follow the rules going forward, you shouldn't have any issues.
