What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was cursing by trying to use asterisks, but it seems the system picked up on it anyway. As a result, I am getting kicked because I am writing in the chat. I would like my speech ban to be lifted. Currently, I can play as long as I don't write in the chat, but this hinders me because I can't speak with the team.

Why should we lift your ban? I did not mean to direct my swearing to anyone in particular. I wrote it in the chat out of frustration.

You don't have any infractions in your history on our servers nor are you banned. That means you are muted by BFAT, not us, thus there's nothing we can do regarding those types of mutes. Maybe you shouldn't have tried to use slurs in chat regardless of how frustrated you were.

I am able to freely express myself on other servers, but for some reason, only on banzore specifically 24/7 locker, I am getting kicked for chatting.

We utilize BFAT, BFAT is a plugin that is able to permanently mute players for typing the N-word.
Other servers may not use BFAT or have all of the features enabled. We do.
