What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I am not sure why I was banned. I found a choke point on metro and was on a solid streak only to be perma banned moments later with no explanation. I tried to use the browser server joiner to see what the reasoning was but it wont work for me.

Why should we lift your ban? Because it was not deserved in the first place. Ive finally started playing this game as of yesterday and am kind of in awe as to why or how this happened.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) Could not launch game. Please make sure it's installed correctly.

If theres anything else you need please let me know. Its unfortunate really enjoying the game and not being able to play on stable servers now that half the server list is unusable to me.

Looks like a false KPM ban due to low level account + high kills per minute, ban has been lifted. as stats don't seem suspicious.
