What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? A mate who's house I was staying at briefly (ex Aussie SAS lol) had never played a game before, of anything... I showed him some basics in training mode and chucked him on a populated server. All Australian servers were dead at this time. I went outside for 5 minutes and came back to see him TKing and told him that's not on. He was banned almost immediately after I said that. He was oblivious as to what was going on or even what he'd done.

Why should we lift your ban? Well he won't be playing on it again as I no longer reside there. I know I'm in Aus but I spent a lot of time on a HC BFBC2 server in the States and really enjoyed the people I met on there and also enjoy the lack of 3D spotting on HC servers. It'd suck to get punished for my mates mistakes for leaving him unsupervised for 5 minutes. I'll wear that part but as I hadn't played on a hardcore server in years I didn't even think about the possibility of him TKing. It hardly warrants a perma ban. Hopefully some understanding can go into reading this appeal. It's 100 percent the truth lol

The permanent ban was issued in order to get you to come and appeal so we can discuss this. It clearly did exactly what I was hoping for as you're now here appealing the ban. If a temporary ban was issued, you may not have even known what it was for, how long, or even get the hint to knock it off in the future.

As you can see from the screenshot and video provided below, you were just griefing the hell out of your entire team. No kills, PLENTY of deaths, and nothing but teamkills and team damage.

This was originally brought to my attention from several regulars on the server at the time which is what prompted me to take swift action in removing you from the server. At the end of the day, you are responsible for your own account regardless of who is playing on it at the time.

Now given that you don't have any prior record of rule violations other than this instance, I'd be happy to give you another chance. Do you understand that any subsequent reports for extreme team griefing will result in longer bans up to a permanent, non-appealable ban?
 
Again, it is your account. You are responsible for your own actions and anyone that plays on it. Whoever was playing on your account at the time doesn't change the outcome of the scenario and how we handle things going forward since the actions shown were egregious. Plus we often times hear "My brother/sister/cousin/uncle/friend/etc. was playing on my account" and it's a statement that doesn't mean anything.

As previously stated, this is your final opportunity to play here, so be extremely mindful of your actions and who you let play on your account.
