Have you cheated before? No I have not

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? My account was breached during a time I wasn't playing BF4. They very obviously used an aimbot and got my account banned on all servers running BF4DB. When I finally got my friends to redownload the game, I quickly noticed that I was getting auto-kicked from every server.

Why should we lift your ban? I did not use hacks in this game. But someone else did. Since then I have setup 2FA and my account should never be breached again. I just really miss playing this game with my friends

I answered no to the last two questions because they both say I'm banned on BF4DB.

I also forgot to mention I was told by the BF4DB Admin to see if I can get whitelisted; because BF4DB doesnt appeal bans
