What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Once again, I haven't a clue. My prior account was igotworkat4am and that was banned due to Punkbuster, and that was quickly repealed by the server admins. However, Punkbuster bans seem permanent due to the discontinued support service, so I purchased another copy on a new account. That was just banned recently by a core TDM Banzore server for reasons I have yet to figure out. Hopefully, the person reviewing this can inform me why.

Why should we lift your ban? I purchased another copy of the game just to play on Banzore TDM servers with my friends and squadmates: stuueeee, Tr4vistiii, ELN0N1TO, and fuerstma. I love this server and community and I'd hate to see it have to end.

Exactly this, you bought another copy despite being banned through a service that we utilize. That is why you are banned. You will need to appeal through Evenbalance.
 
Thank you! A few quick questions if you have an idea as to why this happens: what can I do to prevent this from happening again? Does this happen to a lot of people? It's happened to me before and I don't know if there is something on my end that is triggering it. On my first account, I was playing on my At&t Hotspot, and let me tell you, it was not optimal for stable connection. Maybe it was identified as "ping spoofing", but now, I'm playing on a wired connection from a new ISP and I was still banned. Happy holidays admins <3
 
It has to do with your first account acquiring a punkbuster ban at one point or another, it appears you successfully appealed it / it was removed by evenbalance. Our systems now correctly unbanned your accounts, one may have had remnants of the past PB ban still active which forced it to be the other.

Punkbuster can be an issue and impacts a large portion of players. Unfortunately, we are unable to review the evidence for PB bans so we cannot whitelist. I think the service is understaffed but appeals may still be granted to some. Hard to say.
