What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I bought the game 3 or 4 days ago and tried to enter the BZ servers and it tells me that I am banned

Why should we lift your ban? Well, the truth is, I have no idea what is happening, because at first when I downloaded the game in origin, the punkbuster kicked me. This was fixed by reinstalling pb. maybe it's an ISP error, and I've already checked bf4db.com and battlefield.agency and I don't have any reports. could you please help me with this problem?

Yes, that would be the reason. Whoever was playing on the other account violated the rules and has been banned by us. Both accounts are linked to each other, meaning that the ban is applied to your new account. Typically we do not accept appeals for those who were glitching into the map.

but I haven't done any of that, until now I play battlefield 4 and it seemed like a very good game, I've always played Call of Duty. so what can i do?
