Why should we lift your ban? this is the first time I have done this, I understand it was wrong and will not do it again. i believe i should have got a temp ban, but 7 days when people like mannythebull who tk only get 1 day bans seems a bit much

Regulars who we know know the rules tend get harsher punishment for TK/griefing. Kind of the opposite of special treatment because we expect better from regulars.
