What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was just chatting and joking around. Somebody started to say the n-word separately and me and some other people decided to say words that were not n-words (e.g nitrogen). I said the name of a country in Africa called "Nigeria" and then I got muted in all banzore servers and whenever I want to use the chat I get kicked and killed. I did not even said a racist word and I wrongfully got muted. I would really appreciate if you reply to me as soon as possible.

Why should we lift your ban? Because I did not say anything bad. I just said the name of a country as a joke.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) The game tells me that "You have been kicked by an admin"

I am not even sure if it was because of that. Maybe if it was because of unintentional spamming? I am not completely sure to be honest

The automatic chat filter got you just like it got the other guy, The third party plugin that muted you is not handled on our end so we cannot unmute you. You will see how long the mute is for when you first join the server. Once the mute if over then you can chat again, typing while muted extends the mute.
