What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Until yesterday I was playing normally, today I tried to enter the bz4 server and it kicked me out

Why should we lift your ban? I haven't cheated, I have no idea what happened. In fact, I've already checked all the pages and nowhere does it say that I'm banned. Even so, I can't access bz4, only that server.

Make sure the game is closed, EA app is open, and logged into Battlelog in your web browser. Once you join our server and get kicked, you'll see a detailed kick message in the red banner at the bottom of your web browser explaining the reason for the kick.
 
In the battlelog below, it says in red "Error
An error was reported from EA Online"It only happens to me on bz4,If I try to enter through EA, when I join the BZ4 server it says "You cannot join because you or a member of your group have been excluded from this server." I can access all the other servers...the problem is in the bz4
