What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was permabanned for griefing the attack helicopter by telling my gunner to get out of it which he said no, so I ended up hovering in spawn and doing stunts. Also falsely ip linked to SirZekeBF.

Why should we lift your ban? Other players that have been targeting me on my own team and teamgriefing me have only obtained a temporary ban, while my first offense I get a permanent ban for over a year. I think it's a little unfair considering I was just trying to have my friend in the gunner seat. In addition, -bZ-AngrySalsa even stated that the stated kick reason from BattleLog barely had any consideration in my original ban.

Appeal denied. All accounts have closely linked IPs, similar names, and the same troubled history of violating many different rules. SirZekeBF had also had the account name of IceColdPotatoesBF, which is identical to that of your current account.

I don't understand how we can have closely linked IPs, I only have two accounts I ever play on, this account and MaidenLessBF. We don't even live in the same state either, I live in North Dakota while he lives in Illinois. In addition we've never shared accounts once, if you have any proof we have, I'd like you to share it.
As for the similar and identical names, as well as the same history, we used to play together all the time, so we would use similar names as a joke. Him sharing the IceColdPotatosBF name with me was a complete joke from him as well, I didn't even ask for him to take the name either. He took the name because he thought it'd be funny to portray as me while playing the game, and to troll my other friends into thinking he was me as well.
If it's possible to be banned for sharing such a small and out of control thing as sharing a name, that opens such a large loop hole for griefers to get players banned just by taking a name they've used and I think that's unacceptable.
I'd also like to ask why you didn't even acknowledge the reasoning that other bz admins gave me when I tried to appeal my ban last year. I was banned for being a griefing heli whore, quoting -bZ-AngrySalsa in my original appeal and now it's because I'm apparently linked to SirZekeBF because we've shared a name.
 
What rules did I violate besides hover in spawn with the heli? That's all I'm trying to address here because I understand I was in the wrong and now that I do I won't plan on doing it again. It's honestly just unfair that I get permabanned for that with no warnings whatsoever, while I've had people actively chase me across games trying to grief my heli while they only get tempbanned.
