What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I have been banned for TK but I have no clue when or how or why. All I can say is that its hardcore and it happens all the time. there have been times where it has seemed intentional and it wasn't.

Why should we lift your ban? Because I truly did not mean to do anything wrong and once its lifted I will proceed to play the game as it was intended without hostility.
