What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I'm assuming it's from using free public wifi but I have no idea, I don't cheat, never have, and don't plan on doing so in the future.

Why should we lift your ban? I haven't caused any trouble on the server, I'm just getting back into bf4 after a 3-year hiatus, and I really enjoy BZ, I haven't cheated or been toxic, broke any rules, I'm clean. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to buy the game again due to the BA ban, but I want to be cleared to play on the server again first.
