What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I don't know why they banned me, I was just playing all night and the next day they wouldn't let me in.

Why should we lift your ban? Since I bought battlefield 4 I liked it a lot, I played with great joy, I stopped playing it because I changed jobs and I didn't have time, but now that I downloaded it again and played on your server I don't know why they banned me. I don't use hacks, please help me.
