What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was falsly banned by bf4db,BA,and punkbuster for using a crosshair overlay that i wasnt even using. Bf4db and BA have cleared my ban but im still getting kicked from your servers everytime i try to join and i get ACI-PBSS-BOT-BF4 everytime i try to join. Not sure if you guys can do anything about removing that ban but maybe could whitelist me or something. (Current name on the account is Fiattering with a capital i instead of lowercase)
