What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? a petty pissing match between a couple of retards Tenchy44 and I. i killed his rawr a single time so he spent a full match (2 1/2 hrs later) half killing my rawr(3x) and tk'in me twice. only once that i can prove. We've both been given a 3 day ban and i don't think that its fair that my 45- 120 seconds worth of wasting his time is comparable to his 10-15 mins of following me around to maliciously make my playing unfun.so does 1 full rawr frendly kill = 1 full rawr kill and 3 half health shoots + a tk. i don't think so. he does this purposefully bc im a "trash" rawr player even through the next game ill pull a top 3 spot most often.

Why should we lift your ban? No probably not , i think a 3 day ban for 1 minor grief (a friendly rawr kill) might be harsh i try and be a good player and mostly apologies for any tks. im a bit of a cocky asshole in the ingame chat fair enough i should probably be nicer. but i feel that tenchys ban is light for multiple griefs and a tk.

In my humble opinion quantifying things in this scenario does not make it any less annoying. Allow me to quantify things from my perspective, 4 threads now opened for what, an hour or two of yall hating on each other? several videos of both of you doing the same thing to each other? Time I could have spent banning hackers or doing more important things because I am spending time looking at this? Do you see where I am coming from?

alright that's fair, and i would like to say I'm sorry for wasting your time on this however i don't think its fair for our punishments being the same and your the one who told me to open this tread.
he tkd me once he should be punished for that(1 thread done and dusted).
i then destroyed his rawr (bc he destroyed mine cant prove it so not important) i grief him fair enough i deserved to be punished for that(another thread done and dusted)
i then opened the 3rd thread bc after leaving the server and calming down for afew hours and returning to continue playing with all intentions on having no more conflicts. he followed me around for a whole match half destroying and full destroying my rawr. if you were to check the logs he tkd me at the end of the round bc" he didn't see the blue Dorito over my head" i was laying on the floor in a hiding spot clearly intentional tk but the vid messed up and i have no proof of that fine my mistake and wont happen again.
you told me to open this thread to discuss this further and i wish to do so.
I don't want this to come off as telling you how to do your job or being a childish pain in the ass but i strongly feel that this is not fair punishments, i simply wish to understand how you came to the conclusion that what we did is equally petty.
1 tk 1 grief 3 partial but intentional griefs for 1 grief

i understand we are both equally petty and equally to blame how ever i think our "crimes" are different and deserving of different punishments.
so in this regard i feel these punishments are unfitting the crimes commited

Because my job is to ban the hackers. Not sit and weigh the moral consequences of the dozens of kids who jump on and team kill eachother every day. You are thinking too hard about it. lol.



There we go, thats what I wanted to hear, appreciate it. Reducing your ban to 1 day. Now please, I'm going through a large amount of hackers that are currently on right now and I would like to ban them before they make their way to bZ servers.
