Have you cheated before? no

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? HSK very high ratio cause im trade kill with friend so that time idk what is hsk but now im know. now i get low hsk now. (sorry my English no good)

Why should we lift your ban? I never used a cheat and website from bf4 no banned me

And one more admin im from Thailand at Asia it ping around 250ms it wil auto kick for your server? idk where can i played on asia server it dead no server. but usa server have a lot server some server kick me and now i have banned for high hsk no server to play TT.
 
Trading kills is not a good idea because it messes up your stats.

These are weapons that you traded kills with, you will need to normalize their stats otherwise our automatic system will flag you as cheating. It should be noted that stat padding is against the Terms of Service of the Game.

You will need to fix this in order to play on our servers.
 
In 247 it look normal no weapon on suspect or banned me on 247. Before im had high but now 247 it green no red zone

I've fixed the ban our end, you may still need to lower stats for those weapons if you are unable to join.
The system may automatically reban you based on high stats.
 
i can join on your server now but i have kicked by high ping it litmit 200ms but me that 190-200 sometime reach to 250 and autu kicked can you help me admin?
