What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? i was playing, chilling while i was listening to reddit videos in the operation locker map and then i was kicked from the server an every other server, on battlelog says that im nos banned and in the BF4DB says that im 0% of cheats

Why should we lift your ban? because i'm not a cheater, i'm mexican, and hacks costs money that i don't have, if you want and if there is a way, i could show you every file of my pc.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) there's no reports or bans on my battlelog profile

there was no option on the battlefield agency part to say that there is the only place that i figure as banned

All you had to do on Battlefield Agency was search for your account name and you would have found this:

It’s not hard at all. Since this is an external ban, you will need to appeal the ban from BA before you will be permitted to join our servers again.
