The only previous bans / punishes on file for you are for intentional teamkills or for stealing vehicles.

wACKY i have intentionally avoided that word in chat lol. I remember vividly an evening where (yes i know) I was spamming Truck 2002 over and over and then getting admin muted. Idk though perhaps im just stupid and cannot remember. Do you have a recommended course of action to remedy this? Thx.

You could try to join the BFAT discord and attempt to appeal through there. We don't have access to global mutes, we just enforce them.
