Hello, good evening

Punkbuster banned my Battlefield 4 account (Rodrigop75) a while ago for no reason. I've never cheated in my life, I've never even thought about it, to me it's pathetic.

I tried to contact them, but I never got a response. Furthermore, I read on the forums that the only way I could play again would be to purchase the game again.

So please, I want to know if it is possible to lift the ban. I would really appreciate your help.

We would not be able to lift the ban, you'd have to successfully appeal your ban with them. Nothing we can do.
