What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? no clue just tried logging on and it says im perm banned for Language?

Why should we lift your ban? I don't believe that I should be banned for something I want to say I didn't do because I barley type in chat. But if it turns out I said something out of line I want to Apologize. Anyways I would like to know why I was banned and what I can do to fix that.
