What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I'm not sure actually. Everytime I try to join your server, it says "I've been banned" but I checked your data base, and nothing. I've checked BF4DB, and nothing either. The only thing that says i'm banned by battlefield agency, and this is for toxicity, and this was for an emblem I had in the past. I don't get what is toxic about it because it is a religious symbol in Norse Paganism

Given that you have successfully appeal your ban with Battlefield Agency (a third-party service that we use), you should be able to play on our servers. Hopefully you understand why the ban was issued by them. They enforce the terms of service that is provided by EA, and your emblem at the time was in violation of that.

As a reminder of what was likely stated to you in your appeal with them, any future reports submitted to Battlefield Agency for emblems that are in violation of their toxicity ban policy will result in a permanent ban that can't be appealed.
