What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? i do not remember being banned or a reason

Why should we lift your ban? I'm not sure why i was banned i would like to know why. I dont impose any ill will the banzore servers are the most active servers in bf4 and i cannot play in them

Unfortunately they are strongly linked and you also know the account. Both accounts will remained banned so long as Xerothermic2001 is banned by BF4DB & our system. "Eric" would have to put in appeal with us and BF4DB, but for the time being this appeal is denied. Let us know if you have any questions.

Unfortunately there is no information on our end that can prove that the accounts are owned by different individuals. If you know the other owner, have them appeal with BF4DB. At the end of the day, you are not even banned by us so there is nothing that we can do. An account directly linked to yours is banned by BF4DB, whether you own it or not is not of our concern since you are not even banned by us.
