Doesn't appear that there is much we can do here, your account is linked (albeit very very loosely) to a couple of accounts that were banned for hacking at BA and BF4DB, While I do not think that the link is valid, the system still does. I will see if there is anything that can be done on the backend, but unfortunately I do not think that there is.

What kind of link are we talking about? My account has been idle for a year and there are at least several BZ regulars that can probably vouch for me, as BZ is where I play regularly.

BA in fact can confirm my account has been idle since Oct 2020. At that time, I was a donator to BZ and I went idle for real world reasons. I was never banned at that time and was very surprised to return and find myself banned from BZ servers.



Where are you seeing these associations? I was not able to find them. I've only ever had this single account, and I do not know how these links happen.
The kick message indicates the ban is for an HSK violation. Am I to assume this is the reason those other unrelated account were banned?
