What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I have played on bZ with two accounts. My original account (Saycuh) received a PB ban sometime late 2020 or 2021 I think. Never found out why, my best guess is that I use AutoHotkey for (legal) trade macros in Path of Exile and had them running when I took a break for BF4. Submitted an appeal with EvenBalance but never received a response. Eventually came back to BF4 on a new account and grinded again on Secados. Haven't played in about 6 months and just came back today to scratch the itch. Installed via Xbox game pass, which was linked to the Saycuh EA account. Tried to join bZ and realized I was on that account and got kicked for the previous PB ban. Switched to Steam and joined on Secados, and got kicked from bZ for enforcing a previous/linked ban (or something similar). I assume because I just tried to join from my banned account.

Why should we lift your ban? I hope my stats will show that I'm clean. I've never cheated and just play BF4 for fun. 95% of my BF4 hours are on bZ7 because I got introduced to BF4 on HC Rush and there's no other way for me. I can't find a PB ban for Secados (but can't search pbbans due to broken captcha) and I'm bummed this one is now banned from bZ. I can't find a ban on bf4db or bfagency for either account. I hope being upfront about the situation gets me a spot back on bZ7. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick response. And sorry I tried searching PBBans and couldn't get past the captcha. Maybe I'm a bot.

The account you listed is the original one (Saycuh) not the one I'm appealing for bZ (Secados). I believe my current guid is cd5ac5e41c2ed05570bac9e4676f7ceb which is not punkbuster banned.\

I understand if the other account being banned is the reason you won't allow my new one (Secados), just want to make sure there's no confusion there. I took the L on the original account even though I didn't cheat and I feel it was unjustified, there doesn't seem to be much recourse. Was hoping that providing the backstory on that would provide me some leeway.
 
We don't whitelist unfortunately, you will need to get your original account squared away, I would start with ACI and PBB, I provided both of those links in my last post.

Cool thank you. I tried with EvenBalance before and figured there was no shot. Didn't come across ACI, so I'll try with them. Thanks again.

Last question.. From what I'm reading, ACI/PBBans won't do anything with the original account because it's a global PB ban. That's only EvenBalance and since they haven't responded to my ticket 1.5 years ago I can assume they're not going to.

Secados isn't banned on PBBans or ACI, so there's nothing to appeal there. I can play other Punkbuster enabled servers, just not bZ. So is there another list that I'm missing or some other way to appeal? Or am I just SOL because my old account got linked and just can't play on bZ anymore?
 
It doesnt matter if its your first account or your fourth. You are banned. You will need to handle your ban, or play somewhere else. That's the way we operate and always have.

Side note, this isn't your standard run of the mill Global GUID ban, this was something you got caught on, probably an old ass program that the defunct software could pick up. Regardless, its not on us, its on you to sort out.

Thats literally all I can do for you is point you in the right direction.

Hah yeah I get that. I was just confused that I put 130 hours into bZ on the second account and just now got banned after 6 months of not playing, and only from bZ. I wish it was possible to sort out the old one but EvenBalance seems like my only avenue and is a lost cause.
