What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Everytime i see these two players (slayer and PlanoPate), there are camping on this map on the chinese side. Shooting, mortaring and spawning drones from uncap whole round. Usually with the AWS with mounted thermals laying in the bushes or behind some objects in the uncap. This clip, that slayer provided is just a small segment of the match, where before they were shooting from this postions. Sadly i don't have a video of them shooting, becouse i usually don't record my games, but i'm sure server logs will show how they behave.

I apologize for my english but i'm not a native.

Why should we lift your ban? In my opinion i didn't brake any rules, because they were fighting from uncap.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) Ban 24 hours for killing slayer and PlanoPate in the uncap. (I don't have exact massage, right now i am not able to lunch BF 4, sorry about that) )

You currently have a temporary ban that expires in 1D.
You are only allowed to engage uncap if you can confirm that the enemy you are targeting has shot out.

In the video provided, it was a fresh spawn and your team had not all capped them yet. This means you were in violation of the rules.

I know that i am not allowed to attack uncap unprovoken but if they fight whole round from uncap isn't killing them allowed?
If they repeat shooting from uncap, am i suppose to wait to be killed or what? I see them only on this map only on this position so for me it is natural to shot first and don't get killed.
And you do understand that this clip is cut short on purpose to show how innocent they are, right?
 
The clip provided is sufficient. It shows them spawning in only to be shot before doing anything.
It doesn't matter if they're sitting in uncap all game, only once they fire out you're allowed to shoot back for that spawn only, and not a moment before.

If you're going to target uncap you must be extremely diligent to uphold our rules. If you doubt your ability to distinguish what players are within the rules and which aren't, maybe you should steer of uncap in the future.
 
So if i am understanding correctly, i am not allowed to kill the person, who is shooting from the uncap whole round, is running to the same position and will probably continue shooting, because i just killed them? I am suppose to wait for them to shot me (which in hardcore in almost all encounters means i am dead) and only then i am allowed to shot back, even if i know that this is the guy that always shot from uncap and just shot me in one life back?
If this is what you mean, then i am sad that you allowing / promoting this kind of frustrating behavior for both teams:
For the enemy of these people, becouse they will be killed more often without rights to defend themselves.
And for the friendlies of these people, becouse they are dead weight in the winning of the round.

And also it's kinda sad that you are banning people, without checking logs or any other sources, on behalf short preparated video on them taking the bullet on purpose, without showing they previous actions.
 
Then, as i said in the previous post, by enforcing this ridiculous system you are allowing / promoting this unhealthy behavior. It's frustrating for all people around them (just look at the previous reports from them on this map), and sadly will empty even more this server which is the last one of this kind.

But you do you, i can't force you to change that rule. I just want this server to live as long as possible.
