Have you cheated before? Never.

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I'm told it was a chargeback, I donated for many months without even playing and had lost access to my account on the forums. I was in a tight spot and got charged during a really difficult time so I went through my bank out of urgency. I have donated for more months than I have even played.

Why should we lift your ban? It was out of urgency, I spent a long time with EA support getting access back to my account today and hopped on to find out I was perma'd. I get there's fraud concerns but I used to be quite an active player and I have donated much more than the measely 20 dollars I got back. (I was in a very tight spot at the time, and I needed it.)

Appeal approved. I would recommend making sure you do not choose reoccurring donations if at any point you choose to donate again. I forget if you're able to cancel them on your paypal account if you do it that route, I myself have only done lumpsum donos in the past so not entirely familiar.
 
I appreciate you handling my ban, I dont know the process but I was told only neo could unban me. Ive already deleted the game to make space for other things, im just dissapointed with how long it took and being told to shut up and wait.. I think this couldve been handled much better and a lot quicker. Nonetheless, thank you for being the only one to help me out and not being an uptight jerk for no reason.

I could never justify donating to this server again, did it originally as a thanks for keeping the community alive.
 
I am seeing that an excessive amount of time has lapsed for that judgement to happen, so I am passing it myself. An 8 month ban is plenty long enough in this instance at the very least. I have been occasionally bothered by the inability to cancel dono's and the current standard is to message Assault or Neo for cancellations.
