What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Hello,

I am appealing my ban which was issued on January 25th. (https://banzore.com/forums/threads/complaint-from-rightbutton-about-player-survivednonito1.18819/) I understand that it was for "Filter evasion" which I dispute. The reason is that my native language is Spanish and I do not know english very well, I was not attempting to bypass the filter.

I know that my comments were hurtful, wrong and rightfully deserved punishment - which is why I took some time before appealing - but a permanent ban is excessive.

In support,I would like to reference PhillipW's recent temporary ban and appeal. Phillip's case was a very similar to my own yet despite Phillip making direct use of racist language, and defending it, he is only issued a three day ban while mine was permanent. As such, I appeal my permanent ban as a long-time Banzore visitor.

Banzore operates based on a system of punishes. You have had multiple temporary ban issued upon your account in a very short amount of time, the violations were also regarded as extremely severe in nature.

You were first reported for intentional teamgriefing, you and a friend would intentionally grief a player you did not like. This was done by one of you placing C4 down next to the player and the other, who was on the other team, would blow it up with a mav. We do not tolerate this behavior.

Your next ban was due to glitching equipment in a manner that made them indestructible. Common sense should tell you that this activity is not tolerated. We don't need players who refuse to play fair.

Finally, what led to your permanent ban was racism and filter evasion. Your chatlogs are self explanatory.

We do not tolerate racism, you felt the need to resort to that.
