I hope you had a lovely Valentine's Day this year, I'm hoping to hear back on the progress you guys are making towards my unban for the my birthday in 2025, now just 2 months away. I look forward to fighting the good fight in game, not dissimilar to how you guys are tirelessly working to make this an exceptional birthday celebration. I hope we can come together for some Battlefield and beers on this most memorable birthday.
 
Allow me to set the stage for you, the day is May 16th, 11:59 PM in my local timezone, I patiently sit at my desk, trying to calm the nerves I feel overcoming my body as I prepare to ready my loadout, and load into Paracel Storm. As soon as the clock rolls over 12:00 AM, May 17th, I realize it's finally here, all this time, not just the duration of my ban, but my entire life up until this point, were leading to this moment. I clenched my mouse and hovered over the "connect button." much to my dismay, my heart sinks as I was met with an error message "BANNED FOR TEAMKILL[PERM][BANENFORCER]." Surely this was just lag in the system, I continued to try to connect every 10 minutes until I fell asleep around 4am local time. In my sleep deprivation I overslept for work, and unfortunately lost my job, however, it gave me more time throughout today to connect and play Battlefield. However, I am still unable to connect at this point, I'm worried something may be going wrong server side in this unban process. I will continue to try, let me know when you're able to identify and rectify this issue. I completely understand the complexity of this situation and I appreciate your graciousness to include my account in this cycle.
