What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I don't even know why I was banned (automatic ban?)

Why should we lift your ban? I play all the time on the servers, I generally try to be a good player and revive, drop ammo, etc. I'm not even sure why I'm banned so I can't defend myself.

Update: It appears it may be an auto ban for headshot kill ratio? I've explored around on the ban appeals forum and it seems like you guys could pretty easily look at my stats and determine I'm not cheating, I just hope you can get to it soon since your servers are the only ones I get decent ping on here in Alaska
