What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I don't know. I don't remember being banned. It seems like it might have happened while I wasn't playing. I uninstalled while taking classes and when I reinstalled on Thanksgiving weekend, I found I couldn't log in to Banzore servers anymore. I thought it was a punkbuster issue or something, but haven't been able to resolve it, so... here I am.

Why should we lift your ban? I like teamwork and helping out other players in my squad / team. I hope I make everyone's game more enjoyable.

Ah. It's an old one. I'd played without incident on your servers as UbiquitousBF. Turned over a new leaf. I know I could lie and say I don't know or make up some story that a friend logged in as me, but I'm honest.
 
Appreciate the honesty, it looks like you did a similar offense several months before your Oct 2020 ban (the current one).

To me this seems like a pretty clear trend spanning across quite a bit of time.

You're right, it was. Going back to finish my degree has gotten some demons off my back. I was miserable and mad at myself all those years and it began coming out in the game. I was in denial about how bad it was, but it was like I just couldn't put a cap on it. It was really bad. Not wanting to get banned again also helped. I've improved greatly and also chilled out with some age. I completely understand if you decide to not lift the ban.

No tking, no matter what. I will say that in a HC server especially on a map like metro where I like to spam HE nades it's almost impossible not to tk.
There is a point system.
No attacking uncap HOWEVER you can return fire. That's a tricky one. I'm not sure how y'all keep track of who fired first. Plus, if you go in to return fire at base, is that considered attacking because you went there? What about collateral damage when you're returning fire especially if you go there and don't know who was firing?
 
Usually best to stay away from uncap if you aren't certain that you're killing within the rules. Thanks for giving the rules a read. I'll approve this appeal, which is caused from your other account RefinersSon being banned. Hopefully going forward there are no issues.

If any new substantiated reports come through against you, this will likely have been your last shot. Happy holidays.
