Why should we lift your ban? Because it is clearly applied out of spite

You have a temp ban from the footage that you had uploaded. Looks like you've taken down all of the footage, so I cannot independently review it.

I'm assuming that i was "team griefing" when I hopped into the helicopter when Star_Aiona hopped out. I don't grief, you can check and see that I have never intentionally tked anyone, stolen vehicles, or whatever. I hopped in because i was wrongfully killed out of the seat, and this guy was sitting around shooting rockets at vehicles anyway. I think some context is pretty important, and I feel I was given this ban because of personal reasons rather than maintaining the spirit of the game.
 
@BigBadBagOfSwag Was the ban from the 19 second clip, or another?

We also do not "ban for personal reasons" as that doesn't make any sense at all in this instance. Its rare, but individuals will submit complaint footage against others that may also show them breaking the rules.
 
Those were the only other clips relating to this incident that I posted. It seems like a bit of a stretch to say I was griefing, imo.
 
In the second video it shows that you spawn in and doing nothing as a gunner. You were staring at the ground only to bail.

Why would you enter a vehicle if you’re not going to play? One of your main priorities in the viper is to take down the other viper.

You were issued a single punish point for the above, it would be best for you to play without issue from now on. Your temporary ban expires in 8 hours.

Because I spawned in with the guy who tked me... Also he was just going straight up in the air, and it was obvious that he was just going to get us blown up. If I get tked by someone, I'm not too interested in being their gunner immediately after.

I do play without issue, barring occasional flair ups in chat. I play clean and I don't prevent others from playing.

^ also he immediately got blown up right after I jumped out anyway
 
That doesn't matter, that is seen as team griefing. Why do you have to gun if you aren't going to play?
When you spawn into an attack chopper, both the pilot and the gunner have to be in sync to be effective. He was blown up immediately because you were staring at the ground not contributing.

You're running out of chances.

I was going to gun, then I saw that it was the guy who tked us and bailed. I was looking down for a second because I looked at my other screen. It was less than 5 seconds and we had barely even left uncap. I'm supposed to shoot across map through fog at a target that I wouldn't have seen or I'm griefing? @RogaineFoam having to ask you to clarify speaks for itself.
