What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Plano pete has been sitting in the base and killing people in B base forever. What is not clipped in the video that he never comes out of the spawn so he is always uncap shooting. Ask you can seen in the video, he just plants his bipod LMG and keeps shooting from within spawn.

Yes this one time when he was setting up a bipod and aiming straight at me I ended up headshotting him. But I never knew whether he was just spawn or relocating from his position on the ledge to the new camping position.

Why should we lift your ban? In any other situation, I would have accepted my mistake and ban. but he literally never comes out of the spawn, so I do not feel that its my fault to kill him inside the spawn

Our rules are very simple. If a player has not shot out of uncap / used equipment, you are not allowed to engage them.
You have a history of recent uncap attacking, that is why your temporary ban expires in 6D 9Hrs. You're running out of chances, it would be in your best interest to thoroughly review our rules.

If you wait for your target to shoot out of uncap first, you don't run the risk of violating our rules in the first place. If you're going to engage targets in uncap, it falls on you to make sure you're within our rules.
