What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I probably got banned by reports from people who were intentionally teamkilling others and were trying to teamkill me which I responded by killing them back to stop them from killing me

Why should we lift your ban? I never intentionally teamkill anyone and I'm always a team player in every game but there is always a few people in each server that will intentionally teamkill people (which I do report them) and whenever they kill me then I kill them back

The definition of intentional teamkilling your team is intentionally teamkilling your teammates.
It doesn't matter if they did it first, you break the rules you pay the price.
If someone teamkills you and you feel that it was intentional, try to record them in the act, that way we know the context.
That price in your case was a 7d temporary ban for repeated offenses.
It expires in 4 days.
Subsequent bans will be longer.

Thank you for your response. Now I know what kind of admins own this server. Didn't know that other teammates are allowed to intentionally teamkill you without any consequences to them but if you so happen to fight back then you get banned.

He was attacking uncap like everybody else would kill me if I were too in the past. I remember reporting numerous people for doing that to me if I was attacking uncap which now I avoid doing as nothing ever happens to them. But all I can say is that there is a lot of favorism in your servers so basically if you're not part of the favorism then you can get banned no matter what

You can only attack uncap if you all cap the enemy or a player on the enemy team shoots out of their uncap. You cannot attack the entire enemy team in uncap if just one person shoots out, only the person who shot out.
You can fire from your own uncap, just be aware that the enemy is allowed to fire upon you in return.

I guess I understand but under a lot of circumstances it is quite difficult to kill an enemy that is attacking from uncap. I have done it before with an AA and always there are teammates that will C4 you or kill you with their tank. I have always reported yet nothing ever happens. I am very much seeing favoritism no matter how many times you guys try to deny it. All I want is to have fun and play the objective but when favoritism happens on these servers then it will be pretty difficult and annoying to have fun if you get banned easily while others who definitely deserve to be banned can still continue to do what they are doing and never have anything happen to them. I really loved your mixed game mode server and it's a shame to know that the banzore community is corrupt. I was actually planning on paying the 10$ a month because it was a server I mostly played on and wanted to help out the admins. I got proved otherwise

I am sorry you feel this way.
However, donator or not we still hold everyone to the same high standards.
Everyone makes mistakes, that's why we issue temporary bans unless you're an extreme case that requires harsher consequences.
Donators are the backbone to this community.
They allow us to keep the servers, and more importantly the number of servers we have, up and running smoothly.

Next time you see someone shooting from their uncap, in the AA or any vehicle, try to communicate that to your team.
A group of 2-5 engineers can easily take care of vehicles of any kind.
This is a very old game and you have to understand that everyone here wants a good time.
You have to play by the house rules.
