What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I intentionally shot down a friendly helicopter in hardcore and was instantly banned.

Why should we lift your ban? I feel it's a bit too harsh to permanently ban someone after one offense. I believe a warning would have been more appropriate.
However, I apologize for the TK and hope to be given a second chance. I promise I'll do my best to abide by the rules.

This ban was given to me months ago (or a year, don't really remember).
I don't remember how it all played out in detaills, but all I remember was that I shot down a friendly heli and was instantly banned. I understand if I were given a temporary ban (e.g., a week or a month), but a permanent ban? Isn't that a bit too harsh, considering I've been playing on the server for years and never had any problems before?
