What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Honestly idk, I was playing in the server an hour ago or so, then I left the game and when I tried to join again I was banned.

Why should we lift your ban? As far as I know I didn't do anything bad.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) Couldn't access the server from Battlelog for some reason it just keeps giving me an error, but the ban message in your database says "HSK Automatic Ban [6-AK12-65-103-67-540]". IDK if that works or not.

Stopped using the AK-12 a while ago. I've been using the AN-94 for months and then realized that I didn't have all attachments for the AK so I decided to try to unlock them. My best guess is that I didn't have that many kills with the AK and now that my aim is better and I started using it again I got more headshots and so the percentage is higher than usual.

Thanks for your explanation, but that unfortunately the high HSKR ratio is not tied to recent performance. Looking at your recent game history, there appears to be no indication of high headshot ratios with the AK12, but the overall link I previously gave you did.

Yeah I am the original owner. I bought and played the game for the first time around 5 or 6 years ago when I was living in Ecuador, but I barely played during that time and just picked up the game again during the last year.
The explanation that I gave you is my best guess cause honestly I can't remember much from my time playing when I bought the game for the first time. I do remember that I mainly used the AK-12 during that time, but I don't know how well I did with it.

Fair enough, thanks for the comments on previous locations, that adds up. Overall I don't see any other indications of foulplay or cheating, so we can move forward with the appeal.

To do so, you will need to lower the stats of the AK12 by regularly using the gun. The automatic system had banned you for the HSKR ratio of 60% with the AK12, so it needs to be brought down to around or below 30% for it to not trigger it. You should be good to go if you get around 150 kills, then if I unban you the automatic system won't reban you for the same reason. Let us know when the ratio is good, and we can proceed. If you have any questions, be sure to reach out. Apologies for the delayed response.

Alright I'll try to do so, though it might take a while. Thanks for the help.
Although wouldn't it be possible to unban me and as long as I don't use the AK-12 it would be fine? Cause as I said earlier, I only started using it again to get the missing attachments, but I already unlocked those, so I don't plan on playing with it again for quite a while.

The system actually flags users based on any gun stats, not just the ones that you use. It would still ban you even if I manually lifted it.

Oh I see. I assumed it was the other way around since I only got banned after using the AK-12 during one match even though I had played in your servers multiple times previously. I'll start working on the kills then.
