Banned While Sniping?

Just got banned and have no reason why. I was sniping (which i dont normally do) from outer edge of map on a rock minding my own business. KDR was like 25/8 at the time of being banned and I had a few lucky shots back to back. Just looking to know why. Never cheated a single day since playing Battlefield 2 so I'm hoping I can get this sorted out with you guys.

What I meant is I have never cheated. BF2 is when I started actually playing Battlefield.
