NFO ----> We've been offered inclusion in the ranked server programs for both BF3 and RO2 and we should be able to offer preorders for both games soon, after we get our hands on their server code and do some testing to determine the resource requirements of each game (resource requirements determine our cost to host a game, and consequently prices).
Both game server types should be available for Managed Windows dedicated server/VDS customers on the game's release date, but BF3 may work a little differently than existing servers types. We should have more information on this in September or October, after we've hammered out the details internally and with EA.
