BZ13 keeps crashing

Hey guys not sure if this is correct place to voice this however BZ13 keep crashing every few minutes and some players are noticing lags that last 10-15 seconds and sometimes longer.
Can someone please look into this, any assistance here would be greatly appreciated.

It's called it needs a ping limiter and actual admins removing bad characters from the server. But that requires an admin actually being in the server. And that is never tha case. Pretty sure the crashes are ddos attacks. I use to run a BF4 server and it would happen on the regular when players didn't like the server or were banned. There are so many high pingers in that server that it could be anything. From 4am central time till after 12pm central time it is mostly unplayable. And it being 64 slot server on those small maps don't help either. But you can easily see who pays to keep the server up by the types of players that are allowed to stay and protected even when those players are the ones causing the issues on bz13.

Thank you for the insight and it totally make sense now since this was isolated to around that whole day and hasn't happened again after that day.
