can you have orders on 2 targets at 1 time?

can you put orders on 2 targets or is it hacking???.....fucker is driving the boat and sets orders on A....then puts orders on B without orders on A going away....NEVER seen this in 4668 hours of game play......

I have never seen that a single time either, and I’ve probably given a million orders. :D

I’d need to see the video, but are you sure the other order isn’t from the commander? That also appears to be nubcore mode which I know nothing about.
 
no commanders.....
 
still cant find shit on the web or asking everyone i have played with for years if they have seen this shit.....NO ONE HAS>.......
