Cheater named Killer_childrens on banzore hardcore locker/conquest server

this guy named Killer_childrens is hacking really badly. he has a 200+ ping and he has no mods for his gun, yet he never missed and gets only headshots. He's gone like 80-30 the past 3 games....he has a 120 ranking but hasn't modded a single gun he's used. 
 
pretty normal KDR's for that server has a slight cheat score but looks like he only plays metro/locker servers so that normal as well. Also no prior pb bans. Not saying he isnt a hacker will keep an eye out for him and watch him

I requested an update on him and his cheat score went from small cheat score which is semi normal to way high...
