This is why no one should be in uncap, shooting out, hanging out etc. Shooting from uncap does afford one more security, than outside of it.

I'm pretty sure they have. The uncap is whatever the admins say it is. This is not a court room. These servers are not governed by the rules of law or evidence. There is no objectivity. It's their server(s) and they can define the rules however they like, including not defining them at all. This is something that most people seem to be capable of understanding. We play here at the pleasure and disposal of the operators of the server and if the rules they enforce - be they defined or not - are unacceptable then we are free to not play here.
At this point it seems to me like you're trying to get them to explicitly state this because you believe this will be some kind of "Gotcha!" moment but I don't believe it will. As I said before most people here seem to be able to understand this. Continuing to pester the admins isn't going to reward you with anything positive. Just drop it and go back to playing. Or don't go back, that's your choice.

Panda mentioned it somewhere in here but we’ve been wanting to update the rules to be a lot clearer, as well as some other tweaks that will benefit the playerbase. We just haven’t been able to because a lot of us are busy with our personal lives, plus only one of us is able to edit the post with the rules in it.
BF6 is gonna eliminate most of these "problematic" reports.

This was essentially one of the game modes in BF5. Absent the ban part, of course.
Trivia: Way back when I applied for a job with EA in Walnut Creek to be a 'game controller'. The gig was to adjust parameters on games and monitor for glitches and bugs while a bunch of kids amped up on Red Bull played a development game in what was a LAN environment.
The game they were working on when I interviewed had a code name but it was essentially a "Battlefield" rip off of WoW. You'd have a character/soldier, you'd buy your kit and vehicles, and you'd cap flags across a massive game map. By 'massive' I mean continent sized. The round/session was persistent and did not end.
It never happened and their Walnut Creek site eventually closed so I'm glad I never took the job. The low pay, two hour commute, and long hours were supposed to be offset by the joy of working on a video game. No thx.
