payment made to my internet services for new dedicated server box

This is the new company we've decided to go with, it has a better server and hopefully much better internet service so that we all don't get kicked right away. The bill has come up a bit so please, don't be afraid to donate. I would like to hit him up with maybe paying him quarterly and see if we can't swing a discount.
1st post and ts3 updated
total for server was to be 285.00 a month with a free TS3. He cannot give us the TS3 "for free" so the server price is adjusted and we are billed for the TS3. Here is a copy of the invoice for your review.
