Describe the incident stealing helo while repairing. SPAWNED ON ME, NOT IN UNCAP SINCE APPARENTLY IF IT WAS IN UNCAP IT WOULDN'T BE A STEAL WHICH IS SO INCONSISTENT
 
If you bring a vehicle back to where it originally spawns, that being a flag or a small area in uncap, it would allow a player to spawn directly into it without knowing that you’re outside repairing it. Why would we punish a player for accidentally stealing a vehicle when it was your fault to begin with?

He has been issued a 2D temporary ban. It might give you better results if you don’t spam caps lock ingame when requesting your vehicle back.
 
If they spawn in a vehicle that is in different place it usually spawn, and is beeping, and you hear repair tool at work, at least one of these things should prompt you to check if someone is using it.
And it doesn't matter if I use caps or not, the 90% don't look at chat or don't care. Some even respond with "Well, you shouldn't have given me a chance to steal it". Many of them do this deliberetly or they just don't care.

And I'm acting retarded because there are a lot of instances where you are inconsistent with how you execute your own rules.

But be it as it may. Guess I'll abuse that gate of "Oh no, I spawned in a veh and didn't notice you were using it". Or not, that would prob get me banned just to prove a point.
 
If a player takes a vehicle back to one of the points above, that being where it originally spawned, I will not punish for it.
If you try to abuse that, you will be permanently banned with no chance of appealing if we catch wind of it. You've been warned.
