Describe the incident All the game he is ATTACKING the UNCAP (Baserape) and trying to steal my team's chopper. This was continuous along the game so I took a video.

The enemy team has captured all of the flags so they are allowed to advance upon your uncap.
We also allow players to attempt to steal vehicles out of uncap but they can't defend themselves while in enemy uncap.

So stealing vehicles and attacking the uncap is all ok, when all flags are captured, but during the game when the uncap is almost empty its illegal.
Who does the rules here, I am curious ?
