Please provide video evidence showing from when you spawn in (spawn menu) to when the uncap attacking occurs.

I don't have video before this but I just spawned in base you can see how close and perfect I am lined up to to where the jets usually spawn.

You could also try taking off rather than baiting them. Still not ideal behavior on their end though.
