If you'd like to move forward with this complaint, please provide spectator video evidence that supports your claim.
I don't see anything suspicious in your gameplay provided. If you spam F when the knifing animation occurs to you, you most likely will survive.
When locking a vehicle, they receive an indicator of where it came from. Your weapon does not have the same camo equipped, you stick out like a sore thumb when having it out.
